Investments, a privately owned, London based, property management,
investment and development company established in 1998 by Nic Rumsey and
Neil Young.Since inception, Carisbrooke has successfully executed circa £2 Billion of UK transactions. These transactions have included the purchase of over 10 million square feet of investment properties, primarily in the retail, office and industrial sectors. |

To date, circa 500 acres have been transformed into fully defined serviced development projects, resulting in 2 million sq ft of mixed use accommodation, with capacity for a further 3 million sq ft within the existing land bank.
