Masterplan

Our Masterplan for a prestigious Research and Business Park alongside 8.25 acres of residential and 1.5 acres for a new hotel and family pub were adopted by St Edmundsbury Borough Council on 5th April 2011. These proposals are part of local plan policy.

Planning Applications Carisbrooke have now submitted to St Edmundsbury Borough Council: A full planning application for Landscaping and Infrastructure including ground remodelling, new access and services as well as an extensive woodland / landscape buffer on the sites boundary with Hanchett End. An outline application for Research and Business Space. An outline application for up to 150 new homes in the South East of the site. An outline application for supporting commercial uses including a hotel, family restaurant and crèche.
