Innovation Centre

It is envisaged that the proposed Innovation Centre will accommodate a range of technology companies from start up’s to SME’s as well as satellite offices for larger companies seeking a foothold in the local market place. It will also provide space for companies providing
commercial services or support for technology based businesses both in the Innovation Centre and wider local market. The Innovation Centre will act as a focal point for the Research Park and will be a major driver for the success of the Park moving forward. It will provide good quality, cost effective accommodation with access to central amenities and a range of business support advice and services. The development plan and vision for the innovation centre is to construct and maintain a low carbon building with an appropriate BREEAM rating.
The Haverhill Research Park development team are working with a wide range of potential partners including St Edmundsbury Borough Council, MENTA, the Chamber of Commerce, University Campus Suffolk and Anglia Ruskin University to explore the best means of delivering an Innovation Centre to Haverhill.
The development team invite input and interest from local businesses and organisations equally committed to making the Innovation Centre a reality.
We would welcome interest from sophisticated investors and high net worth individuals that may be interested in investing alongside us in the Innovation Centre.
